It is aligned with values from the WA curriculum framework, and includes values as outlined in the National Values for Australian Schools project. This program will encourage students to respect themselves, others and the environment, and to consider themselves as lifelong learners who are committed to achieving their potential and making a positive contribution to the community.

* Learn about "Six Kinds of Best" concept and how it can help them in life, school and work.
* Become familiar with the four basic needs of humans and how to fulfill them.

The Five Star Student Leadership Program

This program is designed for student councillors to boost their effectiveness as individuals and as a team. It aims to give them some direction and purpose to their role as student leaders, and encourages them to continue their leadership journey beyond their stint as a student councillor.

The FIVE STAR LEADERSHIP PROGRAM is made up of the following modules:

1. Values Centred Leadership. How to be a good leader by being a person of good character and providing a positive role model.
2. Leading People. How to be a good leader by inspiring and harnessing the energy of individuals to work together towards worthwhile goals.
3. Public Speaking Skills. How to be a good leader by gaining the confidence of people through good public speaking skills.
